The Challenge

The Solution
We provided implementation consultancy and training services, seamlessly integrating Odoo modules for Finance, CRM, Sales, Production, Inventory, Purchase, and Shop Floor Control. The entire project was completed in approximately 4 months, aimed at the full-scale implementation of these Odoo modules. In parallel, we assessed and optimized Deforma's existing business processes, ensuring the synergy between operational enhancements and the seamless integration of Odoo. This project was executed purely with Odoo's standard capabilities. No additional development work was required.
